Mozilla releases Firefox 5 for Android, featuring do-not-track

Android masters can protect by themselves from malicious cyber-criminals with packages like Norton's anti-virus app. But marketers still participate in a more benign, but still obtrusive practice, by tracking the browsing record. While that is nice for those considering receiving far more tailored commercials, it still feels like Big Brother is looking over your current shoulder.




To that end, Mozilla features added the do-not-track feature for their Android app. That feature, also is on their most recent desktop internet browser, allows you to opt out of web browser tracking. Sadly, individual websites don't have to conform to your do-not-track ask for.
